It is exciting to see so many ethnic restaurants in
Cincinnati. The more exposure to new cuisines, the broader peoples tastes will be in the
long run.
I learned the art of Indian Cuisine from my family in India. My
aunts are fabulous cooks and they shared all their secrets with me through the years.
I was born in South India and arrived in Cincinnati in 1972 to
attend the University of Cincinnati Business College. While attending college I would cook
for friends and classmates and they enjoyed my cooking so much they encouraged me to open
an Indian restaurant. The rest is history. |
